In common with many other local authorities, Wellingborough has to tackle the problems associated with the illegal use of motorcycles. Many of those responsible for these problems are young people with a genuine interest in riding motorbikes, but little opportunity to participate in a safe and legal way.

Wellingborough’s solution is to provide a facility that allows young people to ride in safety and to engage
90-ONE to ensure that they are properly taught.
In addition, a teaching programme has been developed to give all participants the opportunity to gain an educational qualification at the end of their course.
